This is the privacy policy for Ramped ("we," "us," "our"), a Los Angeles-based automotive media and production company. This policy covers data we collect through ramped.net (the "site") and any project inquiries submitted through our contact form.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your project details (project type, brief, budget range)
- Any additional information you choose to include in the message
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data: IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. We do not use this data for tracking or advertising.
How we use it
We use the data you submit through the contact form to:
- Respond to your inquiry, usually within one business day
- Scope your project and provide a quote range
- Coordinate shoots, deliverables, and follow-up if we end up working together
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third parties we work with
To run the site and respond to your inquiry, we use:
- Resend — to send our reply email after you submit the contact form
- Google Fonts — to load the fonts used on the site
- Hosting provider — to serve the site and store submitted form data temporarily
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that handle data in line with US privacy standards.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools. If this changes, we will update this policy.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
If we never end up working together, we typically retain your inquiry for 12 months in case you reach back out, then delete it.
Your rights
If you are in California or the EU/UK, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Request a copy of that data
- Request that we correct or delete it
- Object to certain types of processing

Children
The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data through our form, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
